Based in the heart of Frankton, Kirikiriroa (Hamilton), City Bible Church is an intergenerational, multicultural church. We have an exciting opportunity for a Youth Pastor to join us on a part-time basis.

First and foremost, we are looking for someone who has a desire to see Youth grow spiritually. You’ll be a key member of our experienced leadership team, joining us as we work within our local community.

​

As Pastor of Youth, you will be developing an effective team of young leaders, whom you will mentor and lead intentionally. You’ll be an enthusiastic and inspirational leader, who enjoys teaching/training, having fun, and leading others. 

​

In addition to this, you’ll have completed relevant theological training, have pastoral experience, and be growing in your teaching and communication skills. You’ll be a natural and inspiring leader, have the ability to navigate a wide range of diverse environments, and be able to engage meaningfully with people from all walks of life.

​

This is a permanent part time role working 10-15 hours per week, which will involve working flexible hours (outside of usual business hours) to suit the needs of the youth ministry. The hourly rate for this position will be discussed with the successful candidate in accordance with skills and experience.
