Youth Pastor (Part Time)
Beachlands Baptist Church is a family friendly church in a close and fast growing beach-side community. Our mission statement of "engaging an ever-changing culture with the never-changing Gospel" underpins all that we seek to do.
We are looking to appoint a passionate and innovative youth pastor to take our youth and intermediate ministries to the next level and to contribute to the life of our church. You'll be working to support an established youth leadership and support new leaders in these ministries within a friendly and welcoming congregation. Our eldership is committed to providing a warm and encouraging environment that will support you to fulfil your part of God’s plan for our community.
This is a permanent part time role of approximately 20 hours per week. Remuneration in line with NZ Baptist recommendations and associated allowances. We see this role becoming Full Time in the not to distant future. We are experiencing an exciting time of change and invite you to help us discern God’s path for our community.
