P4
P4 is a comprehensive youth ministry training
programme that has all the flexibility and content you need
to train your volunteer leadership team.

TWENTY training sessions which can be taught
as a series or as a one off programme
- Attend a seminar and receive a seminar
workbook - four 5 hours seminars will be held throughout
NZ on a two year cycle (optional but recommended).
Purchase a leader's manual and use the
ideas in it to further teach the material to your team.
Purchase four 60 page booklets for all
your leadership team. These are easy to read and contain
checklists and discussion questions (download a free
sample of one session from these booklets).
- Flexible—adapt the material it
to suit your needs, adding your own ideas and experiences.
Practical—the emphasis throughout
is on giving leaders practical ideas that will improve their
leadership effectiveness.
Interactive—teaching involves not
just sitting and listening, but movie clips, drama, role
plays, practical projects and discusssion.
Modules will be taught throughout NZ every
six months. Times are 9.30am - 4.30pm unless otherwise stated.

Cost is $750 for a full day's seminar. Additional
costs such as travel and accommodation where needed must also
be met. This costs covers a 40 page participant's workbook
(see sample)
and a copy of the 60 page booklet (see sample)
for each attendee to read as part of their ongoing training.
Extra copies of the participant's workbook and the booklets
are priced as $12 and $10 respectively and can be purchased
through our store.
You can also purchase a Leader's Guide (see sample)
copy of the PowerPoint Presentation (see sample)
in our store and use this to train your own leadership team.
