Some FAQ's

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments for Visa and MasterCard.
New Zealand residents can pay by invoice if they wish.

When will my credit card be charged?
In most cases your credit card will be charged immediately unless there has been a problem with your credit card.

How do I cancel my order?
You must contact us before the product is shipped otherwise you will be responsible for returning the product before we can make a refund.

Do I have to pay good and services tax?
Only New Zealand residents have to pay GST and all prices on our site take this into account.
For all overseas customers this portion of the price enables us to provide free shipping worldwide.

I need a copy of my receipt?
When you made your order you will have received an email that has a link to your official YouthTRAIN Receipt. FI you need help with this email us at webmaster@youthtrain.com.

Can I order without a credit card?
Yes. You can choose the invoice option when you are placing you order in the online store.

What address should I enter in the Order Information screen?
You should enter your delivery address as this is the address YouthTRAIN will use to send you the product and to make any contact with if need be.

What address should I enter on the Secure Order Payment page?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

How do I start a new order?
Click Online Store at the top of the page. If you want to restart you order, go to the shopping cart and click empty cart.

Do you ship your products Internationally?
We ship to all countries except those with trade sanctions in place by New Zealand.

I live outside NZ. Will I have to pay customs fees?
If you live outside New Zealand, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your countries import laws. These fees are not collected by YouthTRAIN, and YouthTRAIN does not have control of these fees.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if you email us prior to shipping at webmaster@youthtrain.com.
