Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product YouthTRAIN offers a money back guarantee if the product is returned within 30 days of your original purchase. The product must be in a re-saleable condition and include your YouthTRAIN receipt.

CDROM's come with a lifelong free replacement policy (even if you break it or lave it in the sun!). Just send us the defective product for a replacement CD.

The customer is responsible for all the shipping costs occurred in returning the products.
